Where will your money go?
The £1,400 target is a comprehensive Gotoco programme fee that ensures the project is professional, safe, and impactful, covering:
- Education & Training: Accredited TEFL training and Ofqual Level 5 certification - an elite, government-recognised teaching qualification (equivalent to a foundation degree) that ensures high-quality classroom impact.
- School Placement: A guaranteed placement in a rural school, including my accommodation and meals provided by the host community.
- On-the-Ground Support: Full mentorship from Gotoco, orientation training, and 24/7 support throughout the six-week programme.
- Local Logistics: Essential transport between my placement school and orientation hubs at the start and end of the programme.
(Please note: My placement is entirely unpaid, and I am personally covering all my own travel expenses, flights, and spending money).
