So, I'd actually completed the marathon distance in 10 days of the challenge - then on day 15 I ran the Bath Half marathon, in either 2 hours 32 mins (chip time) or 2 hours 27 minutes (Garmin time, which I prefer).

All in all, a good month's running so far. Thanks for supporting me and Mentally Fit York.

20 days and 11 hours left to go and according to the Myles app that we're using to track our progress, I have done 38,341 meters of the target 42,195 meters. With the Bath Half marathon to run on Sunday 15 October, I'll easily exceed the distance.

Your support for Mentally Fit York means a lot - thank you.

Not quite sure how this works... Training for the Bath half marathon on 15 October. So (after a summer of excess), I ran 6 miles on Sunday from Canford Cliffs past Bournemouth Pier and back in the rain and 2 miles round Salisbury today, Tuesday 12 September. I'll keep you posted. Thanks for your support.

Aiming to run 26.2 miles throughout the rest of September and early October. Easy, right?
