Any donation from you today will greatly help us in realising our passion project as our final film production for our last year of university. Our team is extremely excited and ready to get started on this project but it cannot be done with your help. We are hoping to raise £2500 in order to make the best film we possibly can. NOTHING’S GONNA HURT YOU BABY is a rom-com to psychological thriller about Rachel who falls in love with a man that is perfect and understands her on every level… something she has never experienced before. As their relationship progresses, she slowly comes to the sickening and shocking realisation that the man she loves has been manipulating time in order to ensure that she falls in love with him. 

MEET THE TEAM

WHERE WILL THE MONEY GO?

LOCATIONS £600

We will need to scout a variety of locations to heighten the believability of the story world we aim to create. In order to secure locations, we need your support to get the perfect settings for our film.

TRANSPORTATION £400

We will be shooting in a variety of different places and therefore will need access to transportation in order to safely transport crew and equipment around. We are aware of how costly travel has become and want to make sure that we can reimburse any travel costs our cast incurs.

CATERING £500

We will be shooting long hours over the course of a week and we know that a well-fed cast and crew will contribute to making a strong film. This will also be providing everyone with lots of hot drinks as we will be filming in the chilly month of February!

PRODUCTION DESIGN £500

The film will be playing with a variety of timelines which means that we will require a very large wardrobe to efficiently convince audiences of the “glitches” in reality that take place in the film. Your money will also go towards dressing Rachel’s home to make it personal to her in order to further communicate her character.

CONTINGENCY & Distribution £500

Unfortunately, sometimes things do not go quite as planned therefore we have a small amount of our budget set aside in case we need it and specifically in order to keep the cast and crew safe on set since we are still dealing with the repercussions of the pandemic.
