I need your help!
Running and maintaining good mental health are closely related for me. If I'm not feeling myself, getting active and being outside can really help.
By running the Yorkshire 10 Mile on October 16th*, I'm hoping my running can help to improve others' mental health too, by raising funds for Mentally Fit York at the University of York.

My run will be in aid of Mentally Fit York, which promotes good mental health on a local, national and international scale. Your support will be used to fund initiatives such as 24/7 mental health support for York students and research projects to further our understanding of mental health issues and the barriers to accessing support services. * In a time of rail strikes and pandemics, if I'm not able to make it to York I'll be running Molly's DIY Lake District 10 Mile Run (i.e. I'll be running up and down the local hills until I reach 10 miles!)
